ATC 70 engine options

Hello,
Does anyone know what engines will fit in a 1984 ATC 70? I have a very complete machine minus the engine. The specifically advertised ATC 70 engines get very pricey on E-bay but a complete CT90 can be purchased for $50.00. These engine look very similar but do they have the same mount dimensions etc... Thanks.

go for a ct70!!:headbang: :thumbsup: There is a pic on the pic board with a done up atc 70 with a ct70 eng in it.

The Ct's have a backwards kick start so you might need to trim the fenders or roll start it every time. BUT.... Ct 70's came in 3 speed auto's and 4 speed manuals. I'm not sure about a CT 90 motor, it'd be worth it though.

atc or ct 70 are your only options if you want a bolt in,,,,,,,,,,,otherwise get out the torch!!!
