View Full Version : Engine swap in a 1985 atc 110

Hey,

I have a 1985 ATC 110 and its been giving me some problems... I would a trike with a clutch and a kick starter... as mine doesnt have any... I would liek to know what engines fit in my trike... and would any of these engines have a clutch or a kick starter? thanks in advance!

you can buy the aftermarket engines w/ clutch,kickstarter, and electric start, but the kick start is reverse kick for like a dirtbike, and would interfere with your fenders. You can find them all the time on ebay

I looked on ebay, and it looks like the aftermarket 110 engines are actually upgrade engines for 50s and 70s. Probably wouldn't work on your 110. You might keep looking though, I don't know if they make them or not.

They might still work. If a 110 engine will bolt into a 70 then an engine that bolts into a 70 might bolt into the 110:shrug: . Just a thought.

Put a 85 125 in it they have electric start. and the 125 front fork will give you front brakes.
