I am going to put a new piston in my 110, because it is gettin very low compression. Should I get the stock size, or a .25 over size? It hasn't been bored over anytime in the past. Which one would you reccomend?
Go to next size up from stock. That way you get two more bores out of it. I think it's .25 mm, If I'm wrong I know some one will let me know. LOL

definately go next size. I always bore out to next size when I rebuild a top end.

what all does it take to bore it out to the next size?
It takes a machine shop to bore.
Find one that bores cycle cylinders. Get your new piston and bring it with the cylinder to them. tell them to bore to the min spec. you should get a pease of paper, in the piston box with the spec's for every engine that piston fits.

have your cylinder and piston checked first to make sure that is the problem. Your low compression could be valve mis-alignment. Could be a timing issue, or it may just need a ring job.

Never cut your cylinder before checking it out. have it mic'ed, check it against the allowable specs and proceed from there. You may be able to just hone and put in fresh rings. They do lose their tension and allow blowby and compression loss. No need to cut a life out of it unnecessarily!
