roost boost

I have a friend that told me that if I put a "roost boost" in my 83 250r three wheeler that it will improve my low end torque.
1. What is it?
2. where does it go?
3. is it hard to install?
4. is it expensive?
5. what exactly does it do?
6. what mods might i have to do also?

i have one on my 250r , i have run it with it and without it , maybe in all out drag racing it might make a difference but in the woods i could not tell any difference,,,

its a electrical device that goes inline with your coil easy to install too

I would watch using that thing too much I've heard several people say that they will blow the cdi... :nono:
