On our two-stoke trikes,we need to keep an eye on how well the engine is sealed. This involves the condition of the head and cyl. gaskets, crank seals ect....
Its simple to test. I just made a tester today. This includes a bike tire pump, a low pressure gauge, and block-offs for the intake and exaust ports.
Remove your intake and exaust on your two-stroke trike. Add the exaust plug. Install intake block-off with the one way shrader valve and gauge. Simply pump six lbs of air into the now sealed engine. The six lbs of pressure should hold for six minutes. If not theres a air leak and will need to be repaired. To find the leak, brush soapy water around the suspected areas untill found.
Hi wheelies and good luck..............................Troll:thumbsup:
