Mild, black smoke on startup

My 250SX puffs some black smoke when first running. Normal? It does have a SuperTrapp on it, if that makes a difference. Runs strong otherwise.

If it's black smoke, it may be just running rich. If it's blue smoke that's oil, and could be valve seal or rings. My 350X puffs a little black smoke right at startup and it's running pretty rich (black plug). You might check your spark plug to see what it looks like.
