it will crank over but it wont start.
it isnt getting fire to the coil.
since it isnt getting fire to the coil, then what could it be?
id like your help

pulse generator, the CDI, the coil, the wiring, key switch, kill switch. i think that covers it

i have checked the kill switch and coil and ignition
where would the pulse generator be
it was runnig kinda sluggish
then i parked it for a day
then it would never start again
hmmmm
im frustrated:cry:

the stator assembly or ( pulse gen ) is under your flywheel.

could also be a broken wire ,, check all wires a connections running fron behind recoil to the coil and switch. also disconnect the thumb kill wires for the left side ,it will still run if you diconnect them, i have done it with my trike (perhaps your switch is shorted,:)

we found the prob
we took the pulse generator off our other parts 225 dx and it is runnig better than ever now
