Hey Help I Blew A Fuse!!!

I blew a fuse in my 250es and I can't get the bottom part of the rubber caseing off. It's starting to be a real pain. Any help?????

the bottom of the one fuse holder
? cut a slit in it if its that big of a pain and then just electrical tape it

If you a fuse holder like fig 67 . its that the rubber will not go over the plastic casing over the wire . you cut the plastic casing back to give you more wire . and your fuse holder will slid out of its rubber case.
