I've got a YZ250 motor in my Z. The motor has been bored and ported (just a play/dune port). I have a DG xtreme pipe that I ran on the stock Tri-Z motor, but not sure that I'll get the performance out of the motor with that pipe. There have been others on another site talking about Dynoport making a pipe for the Z if there's enough interest. Last I heard there was, and they were going to make the pipe, but I haven't heard back on that in awhile. Are there any other companies out there that would make an inframe peformance pipe for the Z? I've seen an out of frame FTZ, but haven't seen any other companies. It's not a drag bike, just a duner, so can I get away with the DG if I don't hear back about the dynoport?

I'd be interested in some kind of good aftermarket pipe as well. Haven't heard anything lately though. Seems like DG is it for now.

Just for you, or are will there be opportunities for others to get this pipe also? If so, let me know, I'd be interested in getting something better than the DG.

i have a dg pipe like that , no port work, just an old rag 1983 pv motor. if you went to trike fest, you would have seen how fast this machine is, i have the stock swinger too, you have my plus six.
i just bought a klem research pipe last week, its a mid top pipe and is sectional pipe, its shape is way different than the dg, ill let you know how it performs later

Yeah, mine's an 83 too. It's 1mm over stock Wiseco with a mild play port. The porting is what concerns me about the pipe. But at least it's an all around port and not just a drag port.
