Spark Plugs

Does anybody know why my honda atc keeps fouling the spark plug out. The atc is a honda 185s atc. The spark plug appears to be black at the tip when i take it out of the atc. The spark plug i use is an NGK D7EA

It sounds like it might be running to rich. Does it smoke at all when you ride it?.
