easy 200x axle extension trick.

want to extend the wheel base for your 85 and older 200x?
find a set of 1986 200x hubs. its that simple.
they were quite a bit wider in '86.
you'd also be surprised at the amount of very wide quad hubs that will bolt right in.

are they? Ive got some 85's on my 87 200x (it came with 200E) hubs...the only differance I knew of between the 200x hubs (83-85 vs. 8687) was the 86/87's have logner studs.

this was shown to me by a buddy had that has three 200x 's. i made a comment on his wide stance '84 and he pointed out the little trick to me. he took them off of his '86 that is supposed to be bone stock. he then proceeded to say that alot of the quad hondas have slightly wider hubs also. pretty easy trick i think.

they might be 300ex hubs!!! they are really offset !!! check them out too...............:D :D :D :D

the 250x hubs are like 3/4" wider each side than the my 85 200x, and they fit
