anyone know where the vacumm line from the carb (above the choke) goes? i just bought it and it runs rough. thanks

Its not a vacumm line, its a overflow. I just goes down and out

there is one on the bowl thats an overfow but there is one above the choke also.

The lower one is a over flow for the float bowl. The upper one is a air vent. Both should just hang down under the carb and not hook on to anything.
