Anybody want to help me by giving instructions on removing an axle on a 1985 350x?

remove the right side tire then you have to back the axle nut off by loosening the set screw's on the sides then spinning it off( it spins like your tightening it and will move in tword the brake disk) once it's backed off enough you will see a wire c clip that sits in a groove that keeps the axle nut from coming off when you tighten it up, pull the clip and everything should slide off the splines... reverse to install...

Stock 85 350X does not have set screw in big axle nut. It has two locking nuts. Except for that instructions are correct

The axle nuts are left hand thread. Knowing that, it pushes outward against the snap ring to tighten the axle in place. As you thread the axle nut/jam nut in toward the center line of the trike, it will allow you to remove the ring and slide the parts off. Like He said.
