Could be either from what you are saying. If the carb is set to rich it will start easy when cold. But tend to flood out when hot. Also your coil can give you trouble when warm. You will have to dig alitlle deeper to find the trouble. Pull out your sparkplug. Does it look all black from carbon from running to rich?. Have you tried pulling out the plug when it was hot and turning it over to see if it has spark when it is warm. Check both of these things out. And let us know what you have found and maybe we can help you to pinpoint the problem.

Again I would have to agree, but also check the HOT valve lash, you might be loosing compression when it gets hot because the valve is held open cuz of the expansion of the metal. Good luck:headbang:

Hey my old 200 dose that when its real hott like leg burning hot, try unhooking the decompression cable. if it still has it it will give you that small little kick of compression if your leaking a little to help her start hot.
