handle bars

i need a little help ordering bars.
i know lots of bars have different bends, but are all the bolt up areas the same? called dennis kirk about their $16 bars and they couldn't tell me whether or not they'd fit my 85 250r. anyome know?

I think the tripple tree is the same on a atv as any motor cycle. There book`s might not show applications so they cant verify weither they will fit or not. But i couldnt see why any motor cycle handle bar wouldnt work.

I just put a new set of cheap Moose handlebars on my 225DR and they were the right diameter but the splined section of the bars didn't meet up exactly with my clamps. The bars seem to work just fine though.

the splined section is exactly what i'm worried about. i'm just gonna order'em and hope for the best.

I just put a pair of bars off a 175 Yamaha enduro dirtbike and it was the right diameter but the splines are in the wrong spot, they seem to work fine and I put my ATC through some hard testing(belive me!):D :headbang:

I pulled the bars off of my 74 Suzuki TS185 and they match up fairly well. They are in much better condition, seeing as how I rolled my 200S too many times to remember!
