yeppers got her going friday night. Just in time to do some solid riding this weekend. and see what kinks she had.(she got a couple):shrug: Couldnt have done without the hubby:iluvu: :iluvu: :iluvu: . I would never got the timing lined up without him.(he did good chunk of work, man hubby's are great!! :headbang: )Rode pretty great...plus got pictures but gotta wait for the picts...then i will tell the story's.;) Went riding down at spinreel with Atcnut.

Glad to hear it is back together. And ran good enough for you to take it out this weekend. Did you guys get some good action shots???.

What were some of the kinks you had. Carb adjustment and such?. Or did you have some trouble with the motor itself?.

Throttle cable kept wantin to bunch up so everytime I turned it would want to rev up:eek: .. Had three boys lookin at that, they got it. my little holder on the tripple tree was pushed in....probably when I rolled at sandlake. Idol does need to be adjusted but not major, I have it runnin a little high. And you know the decompressor shaft..(the one that started this whole mess) It leaks oil again and is loose so we believe that little c-clip is gone runnin around again. But we havnt run the engine (I dont wanna replace another valve) since we discovered it. and I gotta pull top 2head covers to see. Just too pissed to do it right now. You know the usual kinks. :chuckle:

Glad to hear it isnt to major. I know it can take a couple of rides to get all the kinks out of them. And i had the same thing happen with my 200x throttle when i changed handle bars. Every time i would turn right it would race the engine. A little bit scary in the woods LOL.

just got back from spinreel. i heard some of the story,s.it was raining a little. we only rode for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. then spent the rest of time time burning wood and warming up the beer
