Lol weve been outside all day trying to break the bead on a tire i have. My dad put a jack on the tire and the other side on a bumper and it broke the bead fine on the second tire. Well this second one isnt going. I dont know what to do we have oil soaking in it now so maybe itll work later. I tried a search and it came up about using a car to drive on to the side of the tire. Only thing is the truck im using is out of gas and my mom would never let me use herexplorer to do it. Any way i decided to put tubes in my tires and take it easy on em till i can get new woolly boogers. Any one have anyideas let me know im trying to get it fixed before dark thanks

The best way I know how and it has always worked for me is lay the rim down and use ordinary dish soap and let it soak. Then with a piece of a 2x2 shaved down like a punch, hammer it off. Works every time:headbang: :headbang: :headbang: Good luck and let me know how you make out:cool:

my father ant i usually put my ramps with the metal ends on the tire just below the bead and drive aour tahoe on it. it usually pops off within a few trys.
I just bring it to the pro's and watch them strugle for 15 min. tring to brake the beed.:demon: the nice guy i am. it helps the economy and amuses the h@ll out of me watching them.:lmao:

what do u know a mixture of dish soap and oil and mud and um a bunch of stuff broke it loose. Still had to put a jack on it and it practicly lifted the dodge truck. ( no its not a dakota either) one of those old 88 150 rams with a 318. So its pretty heavy. I let it soak over night and it poped right off. Next time ill take my shops advice and let them do it for 10 bucks.
Smart chois. all it took me was one hard tire. and 10. seemed real resonable.
