ok heres the deal, i just installed my headpipe and silencer on my 350x, and have been tuning trying to get the jetting correct, my issue here is that everytime i removed my bowl to change jets, the rubber gasket swells and i cannot get it to fit again. , i bought 2 carb kits just for the gaskets but ive used them both now and i dont wanna remove it again because i dont have another gasket and im not ganna have 20 carb kits laying around with no gaskets, now i know all of you guys are experienced in jetting and probably have a trike to stay away from this rediculous situation, so if anybody has and suggestions please let me know asap. thanks

What are you using on the gaskets"? Drain the fuel BEFORE you pull bowl. Never have that problem on mine. Unless carb cleaner or other chemical gets on them.

wash the seal with soap and water let set over night should be back to normal.
to cut down on that drain the float bowel before removing carb.

The Moose kits are 16$ and fit well.

The N2 kits at Hyperparts don't have molded orings and the airscrew had the wrong thread pitch, not too happy about that!
