i was wondering if my 2 stroke silencer will hurt my 200x even though i have a 4 stroke header on it

I don't think so. there made to pass more exh. proble give it a little bost in power.

it feels like it has more top end put is their enough back pressure that it wont burn my valves out

the only way you will burn a valve is if you are running a very short header that allows oxygen to be sucked back in the head that is what burns a valve .... so if you are runnin a full length pipe your ok,,,,,,,
