Hehehe, since I was curious and I knew that 225 wasn't even close here's what I come up with:

volume of a cylinder = Pi*radius^2*height

for Pi I used 3.14159265 but 3.1415 should do

radius of the original 1982 ATC 200 jug (bore/2) = 3.25cm <---(32.5mm) isn't the metric system great?
so radius squared = 3.25cm squared = 10.5625

stroke of the original 1982 ATC 200 = 5.78cm (57.8mm)

3.14159265 x 10.5625 x 5.78 = 191.798 or about 192cc

192cc is dead on for the displacement of the 200cc ATC (192 is stamped on the side of your jug near the bottom)

now..... you bored yours .025 inches.... 25 thousandths.
in millimeters that's .635mm

so, your increased bore makes for a 3.3135cm radius, squared is 10.97928

your stroke is unchanged at 5.78cm (57.8mm)

3.14159265 x 10.97928 x 5.78 = 199.36cc or just a hair under 200cc

So what you've got now is a 1982 Honda ATC 200. :headbang: Enjoy and keep it running!!

Good math ahickey but the numbers are wrong. They dont make a .025" overbore i think atc200honda meant .25mm over. witch would only make it .010 over. So it it would be about a 194cc/195cc.

The stock bore on a 200x is actually 191.8 they just round it off to 192.

ok i,am lost 25mm is almost 1" that,d be one big hoser for a 200. were talking some real air coolling here. i maybe wrong here but pistons are in thousand,s or mm like this .010 or .25mm. fuzzy you left the point off and atc200honda you add a zero. no 225 today. to bad it,s not that cheap. i wish it were
