I got this for doing a little carb and tune-up work for a friend. Of course I could'nt let it remain stock. If it was close to being a nice trike, maybe a resto. But in this shape it will get some thought and working over.

I had a old set of 85R fenders, so I used them for a template to fit and fab brackets.
Then got started on a seat.
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b327/Trikegodtroll/110mock2.jpg
I also had a set of tweeked 250sx forks. Had to cut and modify the steering stem. Still need to make a steering stop.
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b327/Trikegodtroll/110mock.jpg
Ended up using a airR front fender. Just adapted and set to clearance. Also polished the tubes and tripples. Then just playing around with headlight ideas.
Thanks to "dads" for the front brake parts. Funny how the 110 didnt have front brakes.

"dads' also got me a sx front wheel. I narrowed it two inches and the front is now a 20" narrow tire.
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b327/Trikegodtroll/1103.jpg
Got some wide off-set four bolt rear wheels. There 9's. Then fabbed a little bit.
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b327/Trikegodtroll/1104.jpg
Always liked drag style bars. So I bent up a set and whittled the ends. Got a newer type kill switch and went with a twister. Then made a "ATC" emblem.

Dude, you gotta let me know how you narrowed the front rim!?!
Basically, I Just cut a inch off each side. Set up a jig on the welding table. Then used a plasma cutter. Then mig welded after truing and taking.
I wanted a narrow rim with the sx forks, axle and hub. So it seemed like I was limited on wheel options with the off-set and bolt pattern. Then tire avalibility was fair. 20's on all three seem like a god change from the 22" balloons.
Good luck on yours.............................

Well, we finally got some better weather. So The atc110 project got some attention.
Got the twist throttle done, the front fender got mounted and received some bling.
Seat is done, temporally mounted 20" rear tires and got it down on all three. The 300ex hubs and offset wheels make it nice and wide. Plus its longer and lower. Did a bunch of misc things like O.H. the pull start assy, finished the mounting for the tilting rear R fender, ect....

you gotta tell me more about "tilting" R rear plastic?
being able to adapt other plastic to some of the ignored (by maier) dinosaurs would be a great option.
looks way sweet. congrats!

Thanks for your reply. In the long run, I'm not sure its worth the effort. I have around 30 hrs in the rear fender...............complete.
Fitting is somewhat straight forward. I used the atc110 hardware. Just modifided them alot. I can get detailed pics if you want. Let me know bro.

man that is one sweet a@@ bike!
pics are not needed, thanks. not so interested in tilt as just the fact that other bike fenders can be adapted...it is just a matter of hhardware relocation and hill billy engineering to get the angles right??
