i was wondering if i could rebuild the front forks on my 200es(rebuild the shocks i mean) is there like a kit or something i can buy??
Yes you can rebuild the shocks. I don't know if they have a kit to do it. a seal kit does not give you all the parts you need to rebuild one. Check out www.Denniskirk.com

I think a seal kit is about all you need or can get for the old big red shocks. They are not air adjustable like the x or r shocks are. So they just run one bottom seal. But you should be able to get new springs for it if your are getting weak.

cool!! the springs are good, how do i re-fill the shocks with fluid??? thanks for any advice.
There should be a bolt at the bottom on the side. (drain) If not drains from top.
top cap to shock. (filler hole) and drain maybe.
the top cap holds the springs in so there will be a little pressure when you unscrew it. mak shore the front tire is off the ground, or you will have a lot more pressure on the spring. the manual give the oz. it takes.
