what super-cheap/cheap mods casn i do to my 84 200es super red while i am rebuilding it. any help appreaciated :thumbsup:

I'd assume you could do the same thing as any other 200 and put a 200x top end on it. That's the cheapest & easiest big power mod you can do. I wouldn't go too crazy since you're still on a utility trike after all.

dan i like your suggestion but there were no 200x or 350x 's brought to australia otherwise i would buy a 200x so that is not an option and rob i am going to do the same thing to the 83 after i have this one going and all down pat.
what about a k&n air filter i can easily get one of those from my local honda dealer?:confused: :thumbsup:

i dont want to spend $40 aus on a k&n airfilter if its not worth it or is it?:thumbsup:

k&n's rock it, picked one up for my 250sx. easy to clean than the foamies, and it'll last forever. also, if you open up the exhaust a little and throw on a k&n you should notice a gain in throttle response, i did anyways. thats my 2 cents

thanks man for the advice cause down here in australia a k&n is cheaper than a stock and the stock one is falling apart. opening the exhaust eh how is it done and what is it i woulsd like to do it because i am a bit of a speed demon.:thumbsup:
