will this fit my 350x????????

i heard a few people say that a carb from a 400ex will work well on my 350x, i have a full exhaust system on it. would i have to modify or jet down the 400ex carb any? one more question, in the carb if you raise or lower the needle, which leans it out? when i say raise the needle i mean lowering the clip and raising the clip to lower the needle, i'm running a little rich and havent fooled with the needle yet............thanks guys. i'm a newbie here so dont be too hard on me.

Lower needle will lean... (I hope my coffee is hitting correctly) and yes raising clip will lower needle
