HELP what year is this atc?

the guy selling it said the sticker is rubbed off the frame and does not know the year and I need it for parts.

can any one tell me the year?

It appars to be early "80's.

Looks like a 200e or 200es. If it is chain drive it is a 1982 or 1983 200e, otherwise if its shaft drive its 84 or 85 200es maybe.
