250r carb rebuild

hey i just rebuilt the carb on my 250r havent even tried to start it yet. I was just wondering if there was somewhere i should start with setting the carb and work from there. I set it where it was before but the carb was so messed up i had to readjust it almost every week. Just didn't know if there was somewhere it is best to start and work from.

There is a factory spec. that you start with. I don’t know it but some one on the board should have it.
