Place for 110 parts/work in LA?

I just "inherited" an old 110 that is a bit dusty, doesnt start, hasn't be used consistently for over 15 years (low running mileage), and one flat, but should be otherwise be a great recreational bike since it was stored. Can anyone recommend a place out here in Los Angeles (90032 near Pasadena & Alhambra) where I might be able to find parts (like a replacement tire and/or tube) or maybe pay a professional to take care of the more difficult maintenance issues? I'm willing to put in the time of learning how to restore this bike myself if I can find some help securing parts at a reasonable price.

Recommendations on what I should tackle and check first to get this baby running are appreciated.
