Cobra exhaust baffle removal???

my cobra muffler is rattling at the end where the baffle slides in, how can this be fixed, can it be tightend? how do you remove the baffle on a cobra muffler?

Got some pictures so we can help finger it out? I've got a Cobra that I need to see if I can, or should, replace the packing.
