Just scored a 70. Hasn't ran in 2 years, just need a carb cleaning. Brakes need work, seat torn, front fender broken. $300 wasn't a bad deal. I have the numbers off the front neck: TB03-2003422 what year is it? Also, lots of rust inside tank, any solutions? Thanks-Clay
