I was wounder if I could get some tips. I have a 81 185s, jardine exhaust, 107.5 main jett, & uni filter no air box with a million miles on stock motor runs like a champ climbs the steepiest hills but since I am new to this I was woundering if I could some advice on jetting for the winter should I go smaller main jet or bigger? Should I put the air box back on would it be alright if I leave it off. I usually ride high alttitude like around 4000 to 5500 feet.
Try a 110 and then go higher till your happy.
When winter comes fatten up.
Leave the lid on.

if it runs like a champ,,,,, LEAVE IT ALONE!!! YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MODS TO DO ANYTHING,,,,,,,,, if you ride at sealevel then go up to 4000 to 5500,,,,, then maybe go a couple of sizes smaller,,, but if it has a million miles on it and is still running strong,,,,, just ride it ,,, you know,, don't fix it if it ain't broke,,,,,,,,:D :D
