OK I have a 1984 Honda 200s. The other day I was out riding and the engine was all warmed up and we stopped for a little bit to get a drink and stuff. I went to start up my bike with the pull start and it would not fire up, I pulled the air cover off and it fired right up? Could it be that the wind and the air was really cold? Need help? Also I'll start off in first gear like normal, but when I go to shifting into the other gears it shifts just fine, but it's like the engine take a while to respond to the other gears, like I have to acclerate really slow again. Like it takes a min for the bike to relise that it's in another gear, when this happens I can press on the accelrator really hard and the bike revs up, and it starts going faster? Any suggestions or comments, please help. Thanks
