took my 350x for a long ride this past weekend and the other day i noticed puddles of oil under both forks. did i blow seals in them? can they be repaired?

I just put new seals, and fresh fork oil in mine. Fairly easy.
Read the manual!!:D

ive done 4 sets, it is fairly easy, you just have to make/ buy a driver for the seal

do they go in from the bottom?

nope, gotta pull em 9the forks) out of the triples...I used a piece of PVC that happened to be the right diameter instead of a seal driver. I just took one of the forks into home depot and tried everything that looked like it would fit until one did. Hardest part is the bolt on the bottom...cordless impact is the way to go. And make sure everything is super clean when you reassemble.

hey a easy way to get allen bolt loose is get that that one first, take a couple of ratchet tie down straps and attach one end to the handle bar and one end to the front axle shaft and compress your suspension together and then that allen bolt on the bottom of the fork tube will be easier to get off if you dont have an air impact. For shock oil, all you use is ATF fluid nothing special. If you look in the tech tip section there is a very good step by step on rebuilding a set of 200x front forks, the 350x is really similar to the 200x, off the top of my head I cant recall the amount of ATF in cc goes in each tube. Good luck to you.

9.8 oz.
8.5 inches from top of tube when compressed

one more thing, they are leaking from the bottom. that is an indication of bad seals right?

As in by the allen bolt on the very bottom? If thats the case they have i believe copper washers, try replacing those.

AS for fluid, I always use belray fork oil, it has some additives to keep the seals fresh

i checked em again, they are definately leaking from underneath the shock boots.
