87 200x Axle.. Will 83-84 250R axle fit?

Hi guys. I have an 87 200x and I am looking for a replacement axle. I heard that maybe a 83-84 250R axle will work. Is it a true bolt in axle for this bike?

I've been told that they do, but you need the sprocket hub and everything.

I know your dilemma - 86/87 axles are tough to find. If you find one BUY IT UP!!
