if i was to purchase one of the 85cc top end kits from www.dratv.com what other mods or adjustment would have to be made. as for the carb, would jetting be a big concern?

you will have to jet it up a little,,, are you using a stock carb?
that is the single biggest bottle neck on a 70,,, a 20 mm carb would be much better,,,,, what about a pipe? second bottle neck,,,, need a pipe too,,,,

thats what i was thinking, i think i might just stay stock. get a new head and rebuild the top end.

unless you are going all out adding a few hop up parts to a 70 really doesn't do much,,, a fresh motor will make a difference and run forever,,,,,,
