350x Wires

dose any one know what the thin black and red wires running out of the bottom of the duhicky where all the light switches, and the kill switch are? they run down by the handle bars and look like they were ripped. i didn't see where they were hooked up to any other wires. figured it may be a reason my headlights wont work.

by the way, dose anyone have a 200x engine they might consider selling sometime in the future?
