Have you seen a frame like this one? This is for sale locally on Ebay and I'm thinking of jumping on it.

Here's the other 2 pics from the listing. I've already got 1 1/2 70's. That was going to be my next project but this one is prime for that position. Right now I got a bid in of 275.00 with more than a day to go. I really like the suspended frame. I was wondering if this was an aftermarket or a home built. The front end appears to be stock. I was afraid Kasey was already gone.

not that Im an expert on the 70's but I tend to agree with 200x_Basket

might be alright as is tho.....

rake looks kinda funky but dig the travel in the rear....chain linkage might need freshening up but then again....maybe its fine...is it close enough to get a live visual on?...tomorrow Saturday so most likely your not working..bump off over and take a peek

I know the A+ frames and such push about to $1600 on average, so just because its only hitting several hundred with one day left tends to confirm 200x_baskets prelim assesment

It looks like a Z50 frame with a modded swinger. Could be fun!!! Here are a couple of pics for example of an A+. (not all mine but some pics from my files) Last pic is a A+ and a Chinese pitbike frame (black one).

Thanks for reference pics. If I win the bid I'll post a bunch of pics. One thing that does stand out in the Ebay pic, post 5 pic 1 is that the rear is jacked too high. Either the shock mount needs to be relocated or a shorter shock installed. I've done some digging around on Ebay and came to realize all the stuff available for the CRF50 and XR50 bikes. Things like slipon exhaust pipes, hydraulic cluch kits, forks, and a whole host of other stuff that may be adaptable to the ATC70. I especially looking at the slipon pipes. Most of these are 32mm openings but I don't know what the OD of the stock ATC70 pipes are but I'm sure that is easly fixed.

Not only that but some of this CRF stuff can be used on the full size trikes as well like front brake master cylinders, rear master cylinders, footpegs and many other items. No they won't be a direct bolton in most cases but with some tweaking, some of this stuff may work beautifully. I've got many ideas floating around in my head.

The beauty of this CRF stuff is it's inexpensive. 24.00 for a hydraulic clutch kit, 25.00 - 99.00 for an exhaust systme although the muffler is all I'm interested in. Compare that to the cost of buying parts marketed specifically for the ATC70. As for the rear shock problem with the 70 I'm bidding on, I've seen rear shocks that range in length from 10"-12" for 49.00.

For you ATC70 guys, do a search on Ebay Motors for CRF50 or XR50 and look at all the stuff available and let your imagination run wild. I'll let you guys know if I win the bid.

I didn't win. I was neck deep in garage activities. I'll try for the next one. I still have 1 1/2 70"s I was given. I've been fixing a friends Kawasaki 4 wheeler. I got parts yesterday so I'm trying to get this thing fixed and out of my garage.
