jet size for 38mm mik on 250r?

what size jets should i start with on my 38m mikuni flat slide on my 250r? i know i will have to fine tune it but i need a starting point. it is bored 80 over and the mods are in the sig. it has a DG pipe and a stock (for now) silencer.

start with whats in it. last rejetting we did on our 250r.which went from 100 over to a 30 over 38 f/s. we went from a 420 main ended up at 380. later that same day now at ) sea level went to 360. by the time the fog brunt off back to 380. trying to stay on the rich side. new bore/ air cooled 250r
