what is the best exhaust for my 200x?

i have an 85 200x with stock carb and xr200 cam and 12:1 piston and i run 100+ aviation fuel i have a uni air filter and i was wondering what was the best exhaust for the money so what is your opinion dg rcm or cobra aluminum 4 stroke series or the megaphone i have a megaphone on my 86 200x its sounds good but i dont kno if its the best performing one should i look for a supertrapp on ebay or should i get a dg xcelerator on ebay and should i get a k&n air filter for it along with the exhaust?

The uni is good enough.

For the exhaust, a oldschool bassani is the best but goodluck finding one. The Supertrapp is next. The cobra isnt as horrable as the dg. The supertrapp is adjustable, you cam remove the end cap and your running straight through just like the others. That will give you more topend power, With the dics will result into more torque.

I would look for a supertrapp personally...but it seems that they are getting hard to come by. The dg xcelerators are starting to grow on me....they dont look to be that bad of a pipe and seem to perform pretty well!

I am sorry but I thought unless the trike gods were with you, it was next to impossible to get anything except the DG for the earlier year 200x's?

I had a 200x with a bassani, AND my other 200x had a cobra. I personaly dont know that ive seen a DG for a 200x. Seen the others tho. Call Jardine they make the "stalker" exhaust for the smaller atc's nver seen one but used there big bike exhaust and love them.

has anyone bought one of these CZR mufflers? or have any feedback on one

Something just does not seem right about the CZR mufflers.. I would like to know myself if someone tried one..
I am going to be using the Cobra... and giving it a try anyways.

anybody got any updates here i have been wondering this myself as i am running a stock right now very quite but need to breath better beleive it or not i have an old tri-z air filter on it now works great!

I have nothing to compare to, but I have a DG on my 86 and a Cobra on my 85.......

I like the sound of the DG better......It's deeper and sounds more torquey.....if that's a word.
