need footrests for an 84

I was curious if any of you have the footrests off any of your recent builds . I've looked on e bay with little success . My pegs are fine but I need the foot rest portion . Thanks !

Hey nutter, I may have what you're looking for. let me get back to you tomorrow. I have 2 sets of pegs with the footrests. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do yet. I'll pull them out of my attic and make a decision.

Are you talking about the rubber part on the foot pegs? Or foot fences, or a brush guard?

Foot fences and brush guards? Aren't they one in the same? You want the bolt on pieces to the foot pegs, right?

THis is the only pair to get rid of. As you can see they are missing the curly tips.

YES !! those are what I need . What is the difference with the curly tips ? The other ones work right ? Are the curly tips just a little upgrade ?

You can have the ones without the fancy curly tips. Just cover shipping. 10.00 should do it. Let me know. You could fabricate the curly tips with some 1/4 rod, torch to bend it, and a welder.

Tge only thing these things do is keep your feet from slipping between the footpeg and the tire.
