crate up a trike for shipping? I've got to ship my 250r on a pallet and I can't decide the best way to do it.

You could try going to your local motor cycle shop`s. And asking them if you could have one of there old crates there bikes came in. I think they just discard them after they have uncrated the bike.

Will the bike fit on the palet in one pease.
If so use plastic banding to sinch the rims & tires to the palet. then box around it.

yeah get a pallet and put the trike on it and strap it with banding and then wrap with plastic, something like sarah wrap. as long as a fork lift can pick it up without hurting anything u should be good to go.

Just put it on a pallet but take the wheels off first and U-bolt the front and rear axles to the pallet, then build a frame around the bike and through the wheels in a put a lid on it.
