350x Carb

[350X]

I want to replace my stock carb on my 350x with a 38mm MIK.

Is this a good choice and how hard is it to make fit?

Go to www.carbparts.com or look up a company called Sudco. I did some research awhile back, and those are two sites I found that might be able to help you. You should be able to buy an intake so the carb will bolt right on. You will have to change your throttle cable though, and on the 350x I had w/ a Mik 38, it was a little awkward getting the cable around the fresh air duct under the seat. I'll tell you what though- my bike was stock (I believe) except for that carb and a pipe. I had 3 other 350X's at the time, and rode this one side by side with a stock one, and that carb made a HUGE difference. It did suck gas considerably faster than a stock carb, but the power gain was significant.
