I just recently got a new DG header pipe for my 85r to replace the CT that had a few cracks in it and just want to know if i have to re-jet the carb.its running a 155 main now on the stock round slide carb.

The stock main jet for an 85R is 142, the pilot jet a 52, and the jet needle in the 2nd groove - these are the factory settings.

I would think you should be okay with what you have unless you notice a lean or rich fuel condition......then you'll have to run some plug chops to see where you're at and go from there.

heres a pic of the new pipe i got,has anyone ever tried a 250r with this sorta pipe on it????
