Belgium Kxt250

[BELGIUM KXT250]

Hi,

I am a new member of this forum and really happy to be here. I live in Belgium and last week I bought a kawasaki kxt250 :)

These machine are scarce to find in Belgium especially in good condition so I am really excited about it and I am going to pick it up this sunday. I can't wait anymore.

Here in attachment are the pictures of it. What do you think ? I will post more when the trike will be at my place. Anyway I certainly will have technical issue and I hope tecate owners of this forum will help me to resolve it.

Thanks a lot.

I had the choice to buy this kxt or 2 kxt from another seller and at the same price. It was hard decision to take but finally I decided to buy this one because it is in lot better condition that the 2 kxt form the other seller (one had flywheel and stator problem and the other was "ready" to ride but wheel rims in bad condition and tire deflated, no brake fluid in the front, ...) But the guy had spare parts like new rear fender, left and right (yes the right too) air scoop.

Maybe I was stupid to buy one when I could have 2 for the same price...I know I know but if I had enough room here believe me I would have bought the 3 kxt ! anyway I am still wondering if I took the right decision but what's done is done (not sure this expression exists in english)

Welcome to the board!!!!! Nice T3 by the way.....I hope to get an 86 one day, I have never even riden one, But....I do own 3 1984 tecates and love them. What years were the other ones? :thumbsup:

The two other ones were a 86 and a 87 because it had the key ignition system.

The begining is difficult I already have some technical issue with my tecate...nothing extremely bad but I was expecting an easier start.
