I want to repaint my 200s gas tank. Any advice as to paint that won't be affected by gas spilling or dripping on it.
Thanks

When I do one it costs. I use auto clear coat. Hardener is like 60.00 a quart.
have not found a good quality paint that gas did not eat.
maybe cheap stuff like rustoleum may work.

Yeah.. I was thinking on trying tduplicolour.. and then clear coat it.. I was thinking on Rim paint.. it might hold up??

I dont know.. I want to make it look good but keeps the costs low.. because my tank is not the greatest.

I picked up some of the Dupli-Color automotive laquer spray paint to do the tank on my 250sx.
I'll be doing it in the next couple of weeks, so I'll have to report how it turns out. The clear coat is a good idea too. I may have to go pick some up.
