should be a fun build up for sure man. they arnt too hard to tare down then build back up. plus if you take it apart piece by piece you will be ok. just make sure there are only 2 people and not many more. if you have more than 2 of you parts tend to get lost or mixed up and then you forget where they went. i think dammit is still selling manuals pretty cheap. it wouldnt be a too bad of an idea to hit him up.

anyway good luck on the build. ill be fallowing it.

looks like you need a new chain and axle on that bad boy. if you need a rear axle let me know.

ill take some pics of my rear brake set up for ya. it will help give you something to go by. ive bin told the stock foot brake wont work because it mounts to the motor ? and the 200s/185 motors dont have the place to put them on. sooooo ill show ya what i did. many people come up with many ways of doing it. ive seen one out-x that used a hand brake on the bars (like your front brake) but i wouldnt think it would work too well. i dont think a front master could build up the pressure needed to get to the rear caliper. but what ever.

Remeber Giant. You do need a front as well as Rear.. last night when you cleaned up the chain.. get some lube on it.. It should be ok.. If not mine is free to you!

I just bought another chain from 84Honda200S So its all good. FREEBEE!

But I would say you need a front sprocket, sprocket retaining clip, rear sprocket, and Axle and swing arm bearings..

So we can get that gal back together. We need to take pics of her again tonight!

So whats up with the post where you said?
Quote ''YA YA all in do time young dan ...patience is a virtue lmao''/////

Its a freebie.. I did not mean you have to pay dude. lol

An 86-87 200xBrake pedal IIRC, takes very little modding to work. Almost fits right on.

Yes Rex I would love a pic of this as well. AS Giant and me are the ones on the build.

I mean I looked online after your post.. I can sort of see one?? but could anyone get a close up of one?? or a example of how to?

I have a 85.... never seen or been on a 86 or 87 in person...

If you dont mind helping us out Rex.. and this is in no way post whoring it up.. Me and Giant need some more clear info and you seem to have it?? Can we pick your brain maybe score us some pics?

Hope this post dont cause ****..... sorry to post so much.

Sorry, I don't have one at the moment. If you find one cheap, then that is your best bet. I'm not even positive about the fit, I gave my auto-x to my brother years ago, and he lives many miles away.

kk thanks for responding.. Me and giant are on this build.
I think I am going to try and score the 86-87 hardware.. and see how I make out.. I think its the best option to look close to factory.. I can see how it should work.

I am going to snipe one on ebay and see if we can get it on Giants bike within a week or 2.
