How much exhaust packing do I use?

I want to repack the muffler on my atc 70. I have had the baffle out and cleaned it now I want to add some fiberglass muffler packing to quiet it down. How much do I add and is there a trick to putting it in? I have never used the fiberglass stuff before, it there a trick I should know?

Thanks for the help Kasey. I couldn't remember what the exhaust was like, I pulled the baffle today and it is a lot bigger then I remember it.

yeah if there were perferations in the baffle you could rap it with packing,,,, stock pipes are pretty quiet ,,,,
