Boy that would be tuff on a 84. The rear drive train dosnt have any ways to flex like a 250 big red or sx. I dont see any ways you could get around that.

There has to be a way to do it. I would look into the 84 TRX200 it has the same rearend and motor, but has rear suspension.

Really i wouldnt think on a rigid frame there would be any flex joints. Well shoot give it a try. That motor would mount right up on a 200x frame. Maybe see if you can figure out how to put the whole works into a 200x frame. Then you would have rear suspension and a much better front suspension.

would the hilo tranny and the final drive brake setup fit

The tranny wouldnt be any problem. And the 200x had rear disk brakes. So you would have to figure out how to mount your whole rear axle brakes and all onto the 200x frame.

I bet thats a old add. Let us know if you get ahold of them and what they tell you. I bet it would be cheaper to buy a different trike then convert one. So let us know if thoes are current prices or if the company is even still in business. That would be a great find if it is all still available and them prices are accurate.

fuzzy its going to cost me $550 aus which is more than half of what i paid for the 2 trikes and then i have to add in shipping and costums and tax. i am looking at spending over $750 aus just for the suspension!  then i got to do the motor and the frame ect but in the end it will be rewarding.
and i will try to email them over the weekend

Very cool.

It would be a great solution for people that live in areas that they cant find trikes. Or are just too darn spendy. I look forward to hearing more about it.
