will the suspension front forks from the 83/84 185s/200s fit onto the non-suspension 81/82 185s?
this seems like a no brainer, yes, but thought i'd check.
still use the same axle and hub system from the 81/82?

Dads got back to you before I did. The stuff is all the same, just swap it back and forth as you wish

just a note...the front axle/hub/brake from the non-suspended front end will NOT move over to the suspended forks.
No you can not just use the wheel assemble... have ti use the howl front end

scrat or nut...the link you gave with axle specs looks like a 250r front axle and hub will fit the suspension 200s front forks. this is a much cleaner set-up. (if you are willing to give up front brakes.) or is there an option for that. i would not mind a disc brake in front. what are your thoughts guys????thanks
The width of the forks stops that. the S is wider. you would have to make special bushing and hope your axle bolt does not bend.
don't bother.
