got a 90 question/problem

ok guys why would a 90 be taking oil in the cylinder ? i thought it was rings so i put brand spankin new rings in, still did it. so i did valves because the intake valve was sticking and it still does it. i mean if it was only smoking a little i wouldnt worry about it. but it is taking in so much oil it drowns the top end and stalls it out. wtf is up this this pos ? ive had the motor apart 3 times and im starting to get ready to throw to the scrap yard.

lol yup.....i got it so the oil dont poor into the cylinder. it was missing a thing that holds the oil seal on the exhaust valve. if that made any sense to you guys. i cant believe i forgot to put it back in :( . it still smokes but i think its just burning oil off the cyl and piston. im hoping me and my brother can go riding next week so i guess we will see what it will do then.
