Get a couple gallons of Evapo-rust. Cheapest I've found it is on ebay. Fill the tank, let it sit a couple days, rinse it out. Like new. I just did my 110 tank. I wish I took pictures, you wouldn't believe it. The stuff is friendly too, wont hurt the paint or you. Pour it back in the bottle and reuse it. I've done 4 tanks and tons of parts with the couple gallons I bought... still works.

I was wondering after you did the Evapo-Rust treatment did you put any coating in the tank for a rust inhibitor. If not how does the tank seam to be holding up against rust?

I don't, unless it's going to sit for awhile before using it, then I spray or rinse it out with SeaFoam, otherwise I just add gas. I figure even if I redo it every couple years its easier than the hassle of coating it. Plus it doesn't hurt the paint. I did my 70 and 350x tank over a year ago. Both sat all winter. I'll check them and let you know.

How much of the evapo-rust did you use? Did you fill it to the top or did you just rotate the tank around every once in a while?

I looked in the tanks this weekend. Both still have no rust at all. Sat most of the winter in the shed.

I've done both. It's best to fill it all the way, if you fill it partially you will get etch lines at the fluid level (not like it matters, just being anal). I just kept rotating it every couple hours till it was all clean. If you fill it its less work.
